Our Campaign Readiness Study is an in-depth analysis and audit of an institution's readiness to engage in a major capital campaign and its constituents' depth of interest and commitment to the institution.
Our Campaign Readiness Study includes:
- A rigorous Internal Program Assessment including:
- Alignment of campaign goals with organizational mission;
- Past annual fund, major gift, and planned giving fundraising results;
- Engagement of organizational leaders and volunteers in the advancement program;
- Capacity of staff to successfully implement a campaign;
- Effectiveness of the public relations and marketing program;
- Maturity of the advancement services efforts.
- A thorough External Market Assessment which includes in-depth interviews with major donors and key volunteers to ascertain:
- Perceptions of the institution and the perceived value of the campaign;
- Degree of interest in and capacity to support the campaign priorities;
- Identification of campaign leadership prospects.
- An informing and concise Report which includes recommendations regarding:
- Present advancement program status;
- Strength of the campaign case;
- Philanthropic potential for campaign goals;
- Campaign leadership prospects.
Should our study find that proceeding with a campaign is advisable, we will provide the institution with a preliminary road map for campaign implementation. Our goal is to provide each client with a personalized, data-driven deliverable which informs their campaign decisions.
