Campaign Readiness Study

Our Campaign Readiness Study is an in-depth analysis and audit of an institution's readiness to engage in a major capital campaign and its constituents' depth of interest and commitment to the institution.

Our Campaign Readiness Study includes:

  • A rigorous Internal Program Assessment including:
    • Alignment of campaign goals with organizational mission;
    • Past annual fund, major gift, and planned giving fundraising results;
    • Engagement of organizational leaders and volunteers in the advancement program;
    • Capacity of staff to successfully implement a campaign;
    • Effectiveness of the public relations and marketing program;
    • Maturity of the advancement services efforts.
  • A thorough External Market Assessment which includes in-depth interviews with major donors and key volunteers to ascertain:
    • Perceptions of the institution and the perceived value of the campaign;
    • Degree of interest in and capacity to support the campaign priorities;
    • Identification of campaign leadership prospects.
  • An informing and concise Report which includes recommendations regarding:
    • Present advancement program status;
    • Strength of the campaign case;
    • Philanthropic potential for campaign goals;
    • Campaign leadership prospects.

Should our study find that proceeding with a campaign is advisable, we will provide the institution with a preliminary road map for campaign implementation. Our goal is to provide each client with a personalized, data-driven deliverable which informs their campaign decisions.
